Our services : Reception, Breakfast, Bakery service with Corsican specialities. Baby-sitting and aesthetician on request.

Our prices are based on a defined number of people occupying the villa, inclued bed linen, towels and household linen (bed prepared at your arrival)

Conditions of reservation: 1st Down payments: 30% to the reservation, 2nd instalment of 30% 45 days before your arrival date and the balance when you arrive.
Deposit ( € 900,- cash, banker’scard loan) returned on you departure day after inspecting the premises or within 7 days if you leave before 8a.m.
Cancellation conditions: In case of cancellation, instalments will be kept. “ Cancellation insurance “ option subscribe when reserving, this guarantees the reimbursement of the instalments.
To be settled at the end of the stay : Contribution for the final cleaning €30,- to €100,- depending on the number of people and the state of cleanliness of the villas.

ACCOMMODATIONS : 1-2 or 3 bedrooms,

Living/dining-room with 1 convertible sofa (140) 1 - 2 or 3 Bedrooms , 1 or 2 bathrooms with toilets, fully equiped kitchen. Fenced terrace with gate and splendid sight on the sea. Private entrance and parking place.

All the flats are fully equiped : Kitchen fully fitted to include dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4 hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer + various electric appliances, cool /heat air conditioning, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, private safe, telephon, Satellite TV, DVD reader, Internet connector, bedding of
very good quality (pillows, blankets, mattress covers) garden furnitures, barbecue, pergolas, air dryer, clothes lines, childen’s play area, pétanque bowls, badmington raquets, tennis table.
